All morning, all night, we serve you 24 hours a day all year around. (that's 365 days) with following exceptions.

Here are the exceptions;

  • Transfer between banks: During Banking Hours Only
  • Transfer accounts through assistance:
    • Weekdays - 09:30-14:00
    • Saturdays - 09:30-22:00
  • Inquiries and problems with checks: 09:00-22:00
  • Inquiries on card accounts and cash services: 08:00-22:00

For remittance between accounts, fill out an application at the nearest branch office.
Be sure to create a password before you start using the service.

How to create password

  1. Call the applicable number according to the area.
  2. Press "0#". Follow the automated telephone procedures.
  3. Enter your account number on the application.
  4. Create 4-digit password you wish to use through phone banking.
  5. Enter your regular account password.
  6. Your tele-banking password is now ready.
