Wholesale Markets

Namdaemun- This is the largest wholesale market in Korea. Since it is near by the downtown area where many luxury hotels can be found, foreigners visit the place as a tourist attraction. In a small area little more than 10 acres, there are more than 1200 shops selling vegetables, clothes, tableware, umbrellas and everything you can possibly imagine. The price is cheap but that's just one of many reasons to visit Namdaemun. It's the people, food and the taste of real Korean culture that makes Namdaemun a special place to visit.
