2.The Barter System
People began to trade things they had enough of for things they needed. You know, if you have five Super Mario Brothers and your friend has three Damaguchies, you can trade for the ones you don't have¡¦ People saved a lot of time by trading instead of making everything.
But, life's not that simple. Things of different size, value and material became complicated matters in trade. For example, you wouldn't want to exchange your Nintendo game you bought for $40 with your friend's Uno Cards no matter how badly you want to play, Right? Adults are just the same. They began to fight over how the trade should be made. That's when the first form of money came in.
