  5. Fry an egg. (Sunny-side up)
  6. Place the fried egg on the top of the beef. Serve with Kochujang (Korean hot sauce) and sesame oil in small dish. Mix everything when eating.

Tips
What you need to know about Kochujang.

Kochujang has made lots of contributions to Korean cookery with its zesty flavor. It gives flavor and at the same time draws flavor form the ingredients. No one-pot dish, rice dishes, salads or stews are Korean without this sauce. Each Korean family owns its own recipe, but the common method is the "slow and steady" maturation to form a good harmony of hot, sweet and sour flavor. In the olden days, each family made their own. Now, they are available in any Korean markets.
